Pilot operated check valves are specialized one-way valves designed to allow flow in one direction and remain closed until a pilot pressure signal enables reverse flow. These valves are critical in hydraulic, pneumatic, and high-pressure fluid systems where controlled backflow is essential.
Unlike standard check valves that passively prevent reverse flow, pilot-operated designs respond to a signal—usually hydraulic or pneumatic pressure—that triggers the valve to open or stay shut. This adds greater control, safety, and automation in complex flow networks.

How It Works

This prevents unintended reverse flow and enables controlled discharge when needed.
